Around 150 Pakistani Sindhi brides have travelled to India to marry their Indian partners after receiving special visa clearances. With the Wagah-Attari border route closed, the brides and their families reached India through transit routes via Dubai, Muscat, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Qatar and other countries. Weddings have taken place in cities including Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Jodhpur, Raipur, Pune and Bhopal.
