What Happened

1995: Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat signed the Oslo II Accord in Washington, expanding Palestinian self-rule in the West Bank. 1907: One of India's most revered freedom fighters, Bhagat Singh, was born in Punjab. His role in the struggle against British rule made him a symbol of courage and sacrifice. 1984: India Hosts First Day-Night ODI Under Floodlights.
