What Happened

On October 7, 2026, Anant Raj Cloud Singapore Pte Ltd signed an MoU with the Government of Haryana and Orange Business Services Singapore to promote Haryana as a preferred global hub for data centres, cloud and AI infrastructure. The agreement builds on a ₹25,000 crore investment commitment announced earlier this year, with plans for 307 MW IT load capacity across campuses in Manesar, Panchkula and Rai (Sonipat). Orange Business will provide cloud architecture and AI hardware expertise to support global go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key Takeaways

The partnership positions Haryana as a serious contender in the global data centre market. With large‑scale investment, policy support and international collaboration, the state is set to attract overseas data workloads and strengthen India’s digital infrastructure footprint.
