Zomato Launches ‘Limitless Delivery’, Bringing Restaurants Up to 40 Km Away Within Reach
What Happened
Zomato has launched Limitless Delivery, allowing customers to order from participating restaurants located up to 40 km away within the same city. The feature is currently available in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Hyderabad. Users can access eligible restaurants through the dedicated section under “Explore More” or search for them directly in the app.
Key Takeaways
The feature gives customers access to more popular restaurants beyond their neighbourhood and helps restaurants reach a wider audience. However, Zomato has not clarified whether longer-distance orders will involve additional charges or longer delivery times.
